About

Oh, the dread of describing oneself — where does it come from?

Let's see (or let's not). My experience is that eating pomegranates is mentally draining, but worth it most of the time. I oscillate between enjoying the poetry of Szymborska, Rilke and Bukowski. I like to capture mundane things on 135 film with a manual camera and not call it art. I'm always happy to discuss politics with a good friend. I prefer wearing a hat to not wearing one. I dislike intellectuals. Among other things. I study. I procrastinate. Most of the time I don't have much fun. The rest of the time I don't have any fun at all. Hmm. My name is Sergej.

As for the webpage itself … well, it's fine. I think. I guess. It's been like that since 1997. Ah, memories of youth long gone. Now, if you'll excuse me, I have to go lay down for a while. I'm getting old.
